The duration of the warranty period - 24 months. In some cases the extension of the warranty period to 36 months is available.
       Prices for equipment include the cost of starting-up works, which are conducted by our company representative at a convenient time for you in your laboratory.
      Upon the request of the user we provide some additional services: training for using the specialized software; starting-up instruction at the workplace; consulting on sample preparation.
      There is the possibility of "on-line" support and testing the equipment. This service allows you to reduce the time of diagnosis and troubleshooting, excluding the need to send the device back to manufacturer for repairing.
